In 2015, € 1.4 million (2014: € 0.5 million) was paid as dividend. The payment of a dividend over 2015 of € 34,089 (2014: € 15,822) per share as at year-end 2015, amounting to a total dividend of € 1.5 million (2014: € 0.7 million), is to be proposed at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 18 April 2016. These financial statements do not reflect this dividend payable.
The dividend proposal for 2015 has not been accounted for in the financial statements. The dividend for 2015 will be paid in cash.
