Appropriation of profit 2014

The Annual General Meeting of shareholders on 24 April 2015 adopted and approved the 2014 financial statements of the Healthcare Fund. A dividend of € 15,822 (in cash) per share has been paid. The profit for 2014, amounting to € 0.4 million, has been incorporated in the retained earnings.
