The Hotel Fund is a public limited company incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands, with its corporate seat in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The Fund was formed for the purpose of providing shareholders with a rate of return by acquiring, managing, adding value to and disposing of a diversified real estate portfolio through investments in Hotel real estate in the Netherlands. The anchor shareholder is Stichting Bedrijfstakpensioenfonds voor de Bouwnijverheid (100%).
Bouwinvest is the manager and Statutory Director of the Hotel Fund. The Statutory Director will present the annual report to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 18 April 2016, and will request the approval of the financial statements.
